Summary

The Market Manager is responsible for the management of the ongoing relationship with existing key accounts and facilitating growth between COOP, the owner, and the renter in assigned region.

Essential Functions

  • Maintain regular and consistent contact with existing customers to support user experience. Identify at risk accounts and introduce innovative ideas for new services and capabilities. Promote and foster additional utilization of the platform. Serve as facilitator between internal and external customer base to drive revenue growth. Effectively transition new account into a loyal customer base.

  • Coach the customer on best practices of using the application. Focus on reservation and inventory management to support user experience. Ensure the placement and fulfillment of reservations to drive customer transactions. Routinely monitor inventory health, vehicle uploads, and scalability available to market in coordination with asset specialist. Conduct regularly scheduled customer reviews and feedback loop for continuous improvement. Monitor CSI results by account.

  • Proactively provide recommendations to the management team for platform enhancements for best user experience. Supply customer with information regarding operational performance, best practices and platform coaching.

  • Good understanding of operations and product offering intermediate preferred

  • PC/computer competency advanced required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Transportation or related field

  • Three (3) years or more demonstrated consecutive sales and customer relationship management experience in prior sales responsibilities required

Travel: 20-30%
