Summary

The Customer Development Representative is the first point of contact to engage and provide a great experience representing COOP. You will need to work at a high rate of productivity daily to qualify new leads, create new accounts, and move the new leads to Customer Success Managers and other sales closers.

Responsibilities:

  • As a first point of contact with potential customers, provide a welcoming and and engaging experience.

  • Perform credit/operations risk checks on all leads.

  • Set up accounts and maintain accurate information in the HubSpot CRM platform.

  • Pass on qualified leads to Customer Success Managers.

  • Communicate requirements to disqualified leads.

  • Answer new account inquiry emails and phone calls.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly thorough and dependable.

  • Ability to switch from one task to another quickly.

  • Highly organized, with excellent time management skills.

  • High energy, self-directed, self-motivated.

  • Ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • H.S. Diploma/GED.

  • At least two (2) years of customer service experience.

  • Bachelors or Associates Degree Preferred.
