This position will be responsible for the operations roll out of the company's strategic initiative in Asset Sharing. This company initiative provides a platform to generate revenue for underutilized vehicles by lending them to trusted business nearby. This initiative will optimize fleet capacity and reduce cost of fleet ownership.
Partner with the Sales and Marketing team to drive new customer on-boarding in launched and pilot cities.
Visit and set-up prospects in the asset sharing platform - 13 target markets in 2022. Verify proper requirements are met (i.e. insurance/DOT)
Resolve customer complaints and issues related to platform/transaction and propose solutions for DOT violations, accidents, breakdowns, etc
Maintain customer satisfaction around rental transactions in multiple markets by holding sessions with customers to receive and incorporate feedback
Monitor vehicle inventory and customer profile to ensure accuracy.
Overseeing a team of outside sales representatives
Work with the asset sharing team in strategic planning and presentation of results to COOP's Executive Team
Monitor and maintain Yield pricing in target markets.
Performs other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree Sales/Marketing/Transportation.
-Two (2) years or more experience Sales/Marketing/Operations and have a proven track record of onboarding new customers.
-Two (2) years or more managerial experience preferred.
Ryder’s rental product line; advanced level.
